Smile Lighting warrants that each LED lighting products that you purchase is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period for the product starts on the original date of purchase specified on your sales receipt or sales invoice unless Smile Lighting informs you otherwise in writing.
All Smile lighting products are covered by a 2-3years manufacturer warranty and quality guarantee unless otherwise stated in writing with the corresponding product information. Also, we can offer 5 years or even longer warranty products. Defective parts or defective products returned with the sales receipt or sales invoice to Smile Lighting, and proven to be defective upon inspection, will be repaired, or exchanged for new Products.
With a team of 10 engineers and more than 150 skillful workers, which guaranteed approx 100 new products created and produced yearly, we can customize your own designs or create designs according to your ideas. The range of products includes led flexible strips, led rigid strip, led under cabinet light, led car light etc. Unique packing or label also can be supplied according to your request.
Customer can send samples to our company freely, we will make items exactly same as your sample. If you have any request to make some changes, please also tell us, we can produce according to your requirement.
Customer also can send us the drawing picture of your design with the request of size, material, color and so on, we will produce sample and quote to you.
If you have a good idea of the products, welcome to tell us. Our engineers will design several samples for you accordingly, so we can choose the best one from them. If you are not satisfied with samples, please give us advice for changes, we will reproduce until you satisfied.
Once the products and design are confirmed, you can send us the logo of your brand in clear picture with the size and color request, and confirm the place where the logo should be on the products, we can produce for your brand specially.
We have complete production line from SMD to packing, strict quality control will be processed after procedure.
